1. Fair Use

VyraClip is built to support normal, professional use in connection with video clipping, repurposing, and content creation. We reserve the right to limit or restrict access if usage is excessive, abusive, or disrupts the experience of others.

We oppose all forms of abuse, discrimination, intellectual property violations, and harmful conduct. All users are expected to behave ethically and responsibly.

2. User Responsibility

• You are responsible for all actions taken through your account, whether authorized or not.
• Maintain reasonable security measures to protect your account credentials.
• Ensure all activity through your account complies with this Policy and applicable law.
• You must have the right to process any video submitted to the Service. Do not process copyrighted content without authorization.

Complaints regarding misuse will be directed to the registered contact for the account. Policy violations may result in suspension or termination without credit or refund.

3. Prohibited Activity

A. Copyright Infringement & Unauthorized Material

• Do not upload or process video content that you do not have rights to use.
• Do not generate or distribute clips that infringe another party's rights.
• Do not violate export control or other legal restrictions.
• Do not create clips containing defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content.

You are solely responsible for obtaining necessary permissions to use copyrighted works within your content.

B. Spam & Unauthorized Communications

• No bulk automated processing intended to flood platforms with low-quality content.
• No automation that violates third-party platform terms of service.

C. Unethical, Exploitative, or Malicious Use

• No malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• No hacking, scraping, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.
• No circumvention of access controls or misuse of API tokens.
• No misinformation, defamation, or harmful AI-generated content.
• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or exploitation of minors.
• No fraud, impersonation, or illegal commercial activity.

D. AI Output Responsibility

• Do not use AI-generated titles, descriptions, or hashtags to deliberately mislead viewers.
• Do not create deepfakes or impersonations without clear disclosure.
• Do not violate third-party platform content or data policies.
• Do not extract data from VyraClip's outputs for competing models or services.

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publication to ensure compliance with this Policy and applicable law.

E. Unauthorized Use of VyraClip Brand & Property

• Do not impersonate VyraClip or imply false affiliation.
• Do not misuse our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
• Do not resell or redistribute access to the Service without written consent.

4. Enforcement

• We may investigate any suspected violation of this Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or block access as needed.
• We may report illegal activity to law enforcement.

Determinations of violation are made at our discretion. No credits or refunds are provided for service interruptions caused by Policy breaches.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy at any time by publishing an updated version at vyraclip.com/acceptable-use-policy. Updates take effect upon your next use of the Service or within 30 days of posting, whichever occurs first.
