1. Use of Service

By using VyraClip, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Modify, copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice from the Service.
• Disrupt, damage, or interfere with our networks, systems, or other users.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or objectionable material.
• Use the Service in violation of any laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Send spam, harvest data, or scrape system content.
• Misuse AI-generated output to impersonate others, spread misinformation, or infringe intellectual property rights.
• Process videos you do not have rights to clip or redistribute.
• Use the Service in a manner that infringes the rights or privacy of others.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

Some features of the Service require a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

VyraClip operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your Account Settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment or violations of these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content (including software, design, text, graphics, and logos) are owned by or licensed to VyraClip and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any original materials or content you process through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant VyraClip a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

4. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

VyraClip uses artificial intelligence to analyze video content, identify moments, generate captions, titles, descriptions, and hashtags. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or biases.

• All outputs are generated using automated systems.
• We make no guarantees regarding factual accuracy, legality, or completeness.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publishing.

VyraClip is not liable for any consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

5. Video Content & Copyright

You represent and warrant that you have the right to process any video submitted to VyraClip. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

VyraClip does not claim ownership of the source videos you process or the clips generated from them. We are not responsible for how you use or distribute the generated clips.

6. Liability

The Service and all materials provided through it are offered "as is" and "as available." VyraClip makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VyraClip shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages (including loss of data, revenue, or profits) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Links to Third-Party Services

VyraClip may contain links or integrations with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those platforms. Use of third-party integrations is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time without notice if we believe you've violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and all associated data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota, United States. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Dakota for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.
