Refund & Cancellation Policy

At VyraClip, we believe in transparency and flexibility. You can cancel your subscription at any time — no hidden steps or hoops to jump through. Because our services are digital and provide instant access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You will not be billed again after that period.
  • Your account automatically downgrades at the end of the paid term.

The process is designed to be simple and transparent so you remain in control.

2. No Refund Policy

Because VyraClip provides immediate access to premium features, AI-powered clip generation, and video processing tools upon activation, all charges are non-refundable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees
  • Add-on or upgrade purchases
  • Unused time remaining in a billing cycle after cancellation

Refunds are not issued for partial months, unused features, or accidental renewals. We may, at our sole discretion, review requests in cases of verified duplicate charges or platform errors, but we are not obligated to reimburse.

3. Effect of Cancellation

  • Your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • After that, your account automatically converts to a free or inactive state.
  • You can reactivate anytime by resubscribing.

No refunds or prorated credits are issued for any remaining time.

4. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds except where required by law. If applicable consumer protection laws mandate a refund — for example, due to service failure or legal non-conformity — we will comply with those obligations.

5. Fraud or Abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or chargeback-related activity. Repeated refund disputes or misuse of payment systems may result in permanent account closure.
